The Managed Website Model rolls your website design, development, SEO, security, daily backups, performance optimizations, and more into one fixed monthly rate.
This is designed for someone who wants to have a custom designed WordPress website, but doesn’t have the budget to pay a large deposit at one time.
The best way to describe it would be a lease to own service. Once you have selected which plan you are interested in, you will sign an agreement with a fixed monthly payment for a period of 18 months.
Once the 18th payment has been completed, the website is yours to do as you please. Of course there are options that you will have available to you which are:
- Continue to pay the same monthly amount and after 36 months you will get a complete website re-design.
- Go over to our Hosting & Maintenance plan at a reduced monthly rate. Check out our Website Maintenance page to see exactly what you would get.
- Move your website over to another hosting provider.
I am doing this for a couple of reasons:
- I want great web design to be affordable by more creatives because I know that money is tight and I want to make your investment worth it.
- I want you pay me monthly forever and in return I want to provide you service that exceeds your expectations forever.
If things get tough and you need to cancel, then give us 15 days notice. Once we receive notice you will be presented with some options:
- Pay out the remainder of the lease and get the website to do as you want.
- Pause your payments and the site will be taken offline until you are ready to resume service.
If the website has not been launched then it will be set aside and build can be resumed when ready, dependent upon project space availability.
We can add more pages to any website plan for $10/month/page. By “page,” we mean informational page that describe aspects of your services, company, etc.
For example: blog posts, appointment scheduling, booking, or eCommerce Stores would not count as pages, since those actually add additional functionality to the website that is not included in these pages. If you wish to add additional functionality to the website, please contact us for a custom quote.
