* We always test any updates for compatibility issues! If there are any issues or breakages, one hour of troubleshooting and repair is included per month. You can request a restore of a previously saved backup twice a month at no additional charge.

For our Managed Website Model, the Maintenance Plan is included in the monthly price.
Once you have made the final payment on your website, you can opt to cancel your plan, but we do not recommend going without a maintenance plan at all as it will put your website at risk.
Regular care means your investment does better over time!
There are no set up or cancellation fees for any of the maintenance plans – they will continue until you cancel!
Remember that the door is always open should you ever leave and decide to come back on one of the plans.
At this time, we are not accepting any websites that we did not create. This is due to the varied methods and tools used for website creation that other web designers use that I am not fully aware of.
I want you to be confident in the support you get and I would highly recommend that you check with your web developer about support.

The allotted time for each plan is only for that month and resets each time. If you need more time then you can purchase additional time using your discounted rate.
If you are consistently needing more time per month that you are allotted, then you can always upgrade to the next tier.
The other option is you can just purchase the additional time at the hourly rate minus your discount for your plan.
The current hourly rate for all support related items is $99 per hour.
If your website gets compromised with you’re on one of the plans – we’ll clean the site and get everything back up and running at no extra cost to you.
We can take care of getting the website cleaned and back online for a fee of $300 and then work with you to get you on a plan to make sure it remains clean and protected from hacks.
We strive to have all the updates completed with a week. We prioritize our Tier III clients first, then work our way down the Tiers.
